Advantages of Guava Leaf in Aquarium:
Have anti-bacterial properties.
Eliminate Luminous bacteria.
Prevent Bacteria Vibrio.
Great source of food for shrimps.
Ideal leaf litter.
Our Guava Leaves are sized from 3in-5in.
You can add our Guava Leaves directly to your tank, but they can take several days to sink. We recommend that you boil the leaves in hot water for 10 minutes to soften and let them cool down before putting into your aquarium.
This makes them more palatable for shrimp, as well as fostering a biofilm on their surfaces, providing supplemental grazing for fry, small fish and shrimp. Guava leaves soften much more slowly than other dried leaves and do not break down as quickly, therefore the Guava leaves will not need replacing/removing as frequently.
