JAPANESE TOURMALINE MINERAL BALLS - COLORS MAY VARY

SIZE - 10mm - LIFESPAN - 1 -2 YEARS

Benefits
Tourmaline Mineral Ball is a calcium based ceramic ball that is design for shrimps.
It vitalises metabolism and strengthens immune system.
Mineral Ball will also remove odor and impurities.
It also brighten shrimp's body, color and aids in moulting.
Moreover, it contains positive and negative poles which can de-ionize the water and make better water quality.
Usage- Put Tourmaline Mineral Balls directly inside your tank or filter.
The minerals will be released slowly. When the nutrients of the soil are losing or GH is low,
Tourmaline Mineral Balls can be used to improve it.
Since the process is slow and continuous, so shrimps are able to adapt to it.
Dosage- 1 Ball per gallon of water(10 balls treats 10 gallons).

Alder Cones
Effects and Benefits of Alder Cones In a lower pH, the bacterial density also is low,
which can help prevent bacterial infections and hatch shrimp eggs properly.
Besides, fungi also grow worse in an acid surrounding.
So, we have this reaction chain:
the alder cones release humid acids to the water the humid
acids will lower the hardness and therefore the pH a lower pH reduces the density of bacteria
and fungi (it is supposed that acids can pass cell membranes of bacteria easier
in a pH ~6 and effect their duplicating and growth)
Shrimp like to feed on alder cones - and baby shrimp have a good place to sit and hide.
Remove the cones after 3-4 weeks, before they decompose and break apart.
